An insensitive enough way to remember those that lost their lives on 7/7/05?

Night Tube has been a joke from the start. You get a max of 4 hours a night to carry out any repairs that is a total of 28 hours Max. With night tube the max time is now reduced to 20 hours a week Max
Over the weekend there was 2 "Emergencies" that i'm aware of. The first being Aldgate where around a dozen bricks fell from an arch, Friday service was delayed whilst it was looked at. The repairs are still ongoing. Saturday a Thames water pipe burst and flooded 20m of track again service was suspended whilst it was made safe. The clearing up operation is still ongoing. with the shortened working week these sort of delays will drag on for days.

Or where the righties come along and say that anyone striking should just get another job.
And smug cunts like me who this doesn't affect in the slightest.

The French metro workers strike by throwing open the barriers and not collecting any fares as I recall from a few years ago while I was in Paris. This inconveniences the people they are protesting against and not Joe Public It would actually require them to turn up though

good point queens. I wasn't having a dig, not all tube workers are getting driver money and I agree that a lot of companies treat their staff like shit

I wasn't.
Unfortunately your average worker has seen their T&Cs eroded. Good collaborative unions are extinct now. The workforce has suffered because of this.
Divide and rule - that's the way the capitalists work. Support by the lab-lib-con main parties.
This country has gone to the dogs - and it's the fault of the politicians we vote for. Well actually hardly anyone votes for, which is at the root of all this.

I'm in Portugal atm so don't mind. When I get back I still want them to strike if they need to in order to get a fair deal.
Since Thatcher, the bosses and owners of companies have shafted your average worker.
It's been a race to the bottom in terms of pay and conditions.
At least the Governing elite are now talking about the absurd situation where tax payers are contributing to shareholders returns.
